    if it doesn't cause us to run late for the next client. However, if we must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. We want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed.   • We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for KVWS to fill the spot you reserved.

    For anything under 24 hours, we will try our best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are not able fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the appointment booked.

  • Please don't no-show... It really stinks. No show's result in a direct loss of income and a financial hit to a small business. We will not rebook clients if they fail to reach out to us.

    Our facility does not currently have a receptionist, so please call the spa landline 207-592-4787 and leave your name, contact info, and reason for calling.   • If there is a significant amount of snow or icy weather resulting in local cancellations, appointments booked will automatically be made 'pending' and your practitioner will reach out with details. If you need to reschedule an appointment due to snow, please reach out to your practitioner prior to 8am the day of the storm to avoid a last-minute cancellation fee.

  • Prices and services are subject to change without notice. However, we like to keep our clients informed of any new changes as soon as we can.

  • Gift Cards can be purchased at any set value at the spa, online or over the phone. Not in town? We are happy to mail you a gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any returns for purchased gift cards, or if it’s lost, misplaced, or stolen.

  • We are unable to process any returns on purchased series, however, a spa credit towards product and other services will be administered.

  • Gratuity is not included in the cost of our services at your discretion, 15-20% is accepted in the spa industry.

  • We respectfully request that you arrive minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you arrive late, your practitioner reserves the right to reschedule your appointment or deduct time from your service at the full cost of the service booked.

  • Our facility does not use a receptionist, instead we utilize Schedulicity online booking in real-time for scheduling convenience. You may call

    to schedule during normal business hours and we will return your phone call in a timely manner if we are working with a guest or have stepped out of the building.

  • To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile phones be turned off or on silent when you enter the spa.

  • Please leave all personal belongings in a place that you feel secure. The spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

  • Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates.

  • We offer a 14-day exchange period for any defective products with receipt. We strive to provide you with the highest-quality products on the market and feel you will love them as much as we do! Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds on returned products, and instead a spa credit will be applied to be used on any other spa service or product.
